White Deadnettle

White Deadnettle was considered since ancient times a reliable aid in genital and urinary diseases in both sexes.

Although it is known especially as a remedy for private areas of the body, White DeadNettle is beneficial for relieving other sufferings too.

Most herbalists recommend using DeadNettle in treating and healing genital and urinary diseases, adnexitis, uterine inflammation, uterine spasms, menstrual disorders and pain, nervous states caused by menopause, kidney diseases, urinary burning and urinary retention.

Genital diseases
A cure with 2 teacups of DeadNettle daily will help most problems.

DeadNettle tea (white or yellow) cures menstrual disorders, including those that occur during menopause.

Painful menstrual periods
Sitz baths are useful for pain and uterine spasms that can occur during the menstrual cycle.

Dysmenorrhea, Leucorrhea
Drink 2-3 cups of warm tea daily, as an adjuvant, until healing. At the same time, take warm sitz baths with Nettle infusion.

For leucorrhea therapy take vaginal washes with Dead Nettle infusion. You can also combine Dead nettle tea with Yarrow tea.

Menopause
Dead nettle can relieve menopause symptoms. Poor general condition, abdominal pain or hot flashes, sometimes excruciating, can be alleviated by drinking dead nettle tea.

Drink 3 cups a day. In each cup and 1 teaspoon of Swedish bitters. After about 10 days of treatment the situation will change radically.

Nervous states due to menopause period may also be alleviated by combining and drinking Dead nettle tea and Yarrow tea and taking sitz baths.

Urinary itching
Strong itching can be relieved by drinking 2 cups of DeadNettle tea daily for 3-4 weeks.

Uterine and Ovarian conditions
Take Dead nettle sitz baths.
