Lemon Balm Tea
by Edwiena
(Versailles, MO)
I planted some
lemon balm in my garden. Two years later in the fall I harvested it, dried it and put in baggies.
Then I looked on Dr. Google what lemon balm was good for. I started drinking tea to see how well it works to keep the symptoms for colds away, from
sore throats, sniffles, sinus infections. I did not have a cold, bronchitis all winter long.
I am also cured of
genital herpes.
I harvest my herb now and put in jars, and I drink it faithfully.
